Please note: Admissions are made on rolling and space-available basis. Limited course enrollment; early applicants are more likely to receive their first choice.

February
15 Begin accepting applications for admission to the Young Scholars Program
22 Begin processing course package registrations for the Young Scholars Program
May
20 Payment due for students who registered February 23-April 24
June
20 Payment due for students who registered April 25-May 24
23 Payment due for students who registered May 25-June 19
25 Last day to cancel registration for either the Residential Course Package or the Commuter Course Package with 100% refund, minus the non-refundable $205 application and confirmation deposit fee. Request for cancellation must be received in writing by 4:30 p.m.

Please note: After June 25, students who cancel registration or withdraw from the Young Scholars Program will not receive a refund of the housing/meal/course and program activity portion of their Residential Course Package or Commuter Course Package fee. After this date, only the tuition and mandatory fee portion will be refunded on a prorated basis according to the schedule below.
July
10 Last day to cancel course registration with a refund of 100% of tuition and mandatory fees only. There is no refund of the housing/meal/course and program activity portion of the program. After this date, students may only withdraw and only the tuition and mandatory fee is refunded on a prorated basis.
  Last Day to apply for admission to, and enroll in a class for, the Young Scholars Program.
12 Mandatory orientation and check-in for all students in the Young Scholars Program, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
13 Classes begin for the Young Scholars Program.
17 Last day to withdraw with a 50% refund of tuition and mandatory fees.
After July 17, there is no refund of tuition and mandatory fees.
23 Last day to withdraw. A statement indicating your withdrawal from the University will appear on your final transcript.
31 Check out of residential halls by 6 p.m. for residential students in the Young Scholars Program.
August
21 Grades posted online.
